DENVER, CO - Guard and Grace, Chef Troy Guard's modern steakhouse, announces the return of its annual Rosé Party on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Guests are encouraged to don their best pink-and-white attire and enjoy an afternoon on the sunlit patio, featuring curated wine tastings paired with chef-curated bites, all in support of the Women's Wine Guild of Colorado.

Nikki Guard built the wine program at Guard and Grace and has shaped the Rosé Party into a cornerstone of Denver's summer social calendar. This year, for $120 per person, guests will explore more than 50 selections of rosé, white, orange, and sparkling wines from over 15 vendors, accompanied by detailed tasting notes and insights from knowledgeable distributors. A curated selection of passed appetizers, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Troy Guard, rounds out the afternoon.
For those seeking a more elevated experience, exclusive VIP Table packages are available for groups of up to six. Each package includes private reserved seating, dedicated table service, a bottle of premium champagne, and decadent caviar service.
The 2026 Rosé Party continues its partnership with the Women's Wine Guild of Colorado, a nonprofit committed to fostering an inclusive, education-focused community for women in Colorado's food, wine, and hospitality industries. Proceeds support scholarships for emerging women wine professionals across the state.

About Chef Troy Guard
Born and raised in Hawaii, Chef Troy Guard has lived and worked across the globe, from luxury hotels in Hong Kong and Singapore to celebrated kitchens in New York, before putting down roots in Denver in 2002. He opened his first restaurant, TAG, on Larimer Square in 2009, and has since grown TAG Restaurant Group into eleven locations across six concepts, including Los Chingones, Guard and Grace, HashTAG, Bubu, Done Deal, and TAG Burger Bar.
