For a lively way to celebrate Mother’s Day, HashTAG delivers Chef Troy Guard’s signature Boozy Brunch experience — perfect for moms who love great food and good vibes.
The brunch menu showcases classic dishes that blend comfort and creativity, including the award-winning Eggs Benedict, Chilaquiles, Big Cast-Iron Cinnamon Rolls, Biscuits & Gravy, and HashTAG Hotcakes, available in both traditional and seasonal varieties.
To complement the meal, guests can choose from a creative array of brunch cocktails, such as Bloody Marys, Mimosas, the Fro-J, a refreshing blend of Tito’s vodka, fresh-squeezed orange juice, Sunny Delight, and Galliano, and the Big A$$ Breakfast Punch, designed to serve four.
For those who prefer to celebrate at home or somewhere special to the family, HashTAG’s Take & Bake Cinnamon Rolls bring the full brunch experience wherever Mom wants to be. These cinnamon rolls come with simple baking instructions and a side of cream cheese icing, making it easy to serve them fresh from the oven. Guests can choose from nine mini cinnamon rolls ($26) or four large cinnamon rolls ($35).

- Warm Monkey Bread with sea salt caramel, mascarpone icing, and pecans
- Kal-Bi Korean-Style Short Rib Benedict with two poached eggs, English muffin, gochujang BBQ hollandaise, and hashbrowns

Born and raised in Hawaii, Chef Troy Guard has lived and worked across the globe, from luxury hotels in Hong Kong and Singapore to celebrated kitchens in New York, before putting down roots in Denver in 2002. He opened his first restaurant, TAG, on Larimer Square in 2009, and has since grown TAG Restaurant Group into eleven locations across six concepts, including Los Chingones, Guard and Grace, HashTAG, Bubu, Done Deal, and TAG Burger Bar.
