The rooftop will feature a watch party setup for fans who want to stay close to the action from outside Coors Field. </p><p>The menu leans into ballpark favorites with a street-style twist, including bacon-wrapped hot dogs off the flattop, grilled jalape&ntilde;o popper tacos, $5 nachos, and more. <strong>Local vendor </strong><a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/tacos_tacolorado/\"><u><strong>Tacos Tacolorado</strong></u></a> will be serving its signature al pastor tacos, fresh off the trompo, for fans passing by on their way to and from the stadium.</p><p>Drink specials will be available all day, including $3 Montucky cans, $15 Montucky beer buckets (six cans), and an $8 combo featuring a Montucky and a Milagro shot. The returning Dingerita, a purple coin-style Milagro margarita, will be available for $11. Guests can fuel up before heading to the ballpark with the restaurant&rsquo;s signature boozy brunch, served inside the restaurant and on the #ROOFTOP alongside a live DJ set.</p><p>The #Rooftop will feature music from a live DJ and views of downtown Denver as fans gather ahead of the game. Guard moved back to Maui at the age of 21 where he met his mentor, Chef Roy Yamaguchi at the Kahana Bar and Grill. \u200b Under the tutelage of Yamaguchi, Troy traveled across Asia, opening multiple restaurants over a span of eight years in Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.
